Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across Canada and to select international destinations.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard delivery times:

    • Canada: 3–7 business days

    • United States: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipment Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but if your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at ratyshnyank@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
